M2All is the official digital platform by Mahindra Group offering a unified space to explore and purchase Mahindra cars, genuine parts, and accessories. As a part of one of India’s most respected industrial conglomerates, M2All aimed to lead in digital automotive retail while ensuring consistent performance across its dealer network.


The Scenario
Despite its strong brand backing and product line, M2All faced critical challenges in capitalizing on the full potential of digital commerce. High competition in both organic and paid channels, rising acquisition costs, and a fragmented lead distribution system were restricting growth.
