Unlocking digital scale in a rapidly evolving eCommerce environment

Despite its strong brand backing and product line, M2All faced critical challenges in capitalizing on the full potential of digital commerce. High competition in both organic and paid channels, rising acquisition costs, and a fragmented lead distribution system were restricting growth. To compete and scale effectively, M2All required a partner who could deliver performance-led execution across digital touchpoints.

The Problem

M2All had already partnered with six agencies, yet none were able to align marketing efforts with actual business outcomes. 

There were critical inefficiencies in the way campaigns were structured and tracked. Cost-per-lead was high and lead quality was poor, with major inconsistencies across cities. Paid campaigns lacked relevance and targeting precision, while organic visibility was weak despite a vast product portfolio. Additionally, the existing system failed to attribute leads accurately, and there was no unified dashboard to measure performance across dealers.

The Solution

Ayruz came onboard as M2All’s full-service digital growth partner and restructured the platform’s digital performance engine from the ground up. 

We began with a unified search strategy that combined both Google Ads and SEO under a single growth objective, ensuring consistency in targeting and messaging. Our team created conversion-driven landing pages, optimized for mobile and aligned with user intent, improving both lead quality and user experience. We implemented a dealer-focused funnel design that automatically routed leads to the nearest authorized dealer, improving response times. Deep technical SEO audits and structured content planning boosted organic rankings significantly. Simultaneously, we deployed advanced dashboards to monitor the entire lead journey from click to conversion to dealer follow-up, enabling real-time decision-making.
