Turning packaging into a performance channel with digital capability

In a crowded dairy market where shelf differentiation is difficult, KMF needed to establish a direct and memorable connection with customers. Traditional packaging offered no means to communicate brand stories, educate users, or build loyalty. The brand sought a way to modernize engagement through connected packaging that could evolve with each campaign cycle.

The Problem

KMF faced several limitations with its traditional packaging. 

There was no direct feedback loop from consumers, no interactive experience to retain attention, and no real-time analytics to track campaign performance. Younger consumers were not engaging deeply with the brand, and loyalty was difficult to foster in a commodity-like category. Additionally, KMF needed the flexibility to run seasonal or short-term campaigns without reprinting millions of packages.

The Solution

Ayruz introduced dynaQR-a dynamic QR platform built to transform physical packaging into an interactive, data-driven experience. 

With the ability to generate and manage over 150 million unique QR codes in under a week, we gave KMF complete flexibility to change campaign destinations in real-time. We deployed ready-made plug-and-play modules such as lucky draws, quizzes, and mini-games, all optimized for regional user behavior and mobile responsiveness. By integrating paid media support during the initial launch phase, we accelerated awareness and adoption. Over time, as consumer interaction became habitual, scan volumes grew organically. Every scan was tracked, offering granular analytics that allowed the brand to refine its messaging and engagement models across batches.
