Savaari is a premium chauffeur-driven car rental company offering intercity and local travel solutions across 60+ cities in India. Founded in 2006 by Gaurav Aggarwal, it operates on a unique aggregator model that leverages local transport operators while delivering a consistent, branded customer experience across India.


The Scenario
Operating in a fragmented, hypercompetitive taxi and cab rental space, Savaari had a strong operational foundation but lacked a performance-focused digital growth engine. With rising acquisition costs and an increasingly distracted consumer, the brand needed to re-engage past visitors and nudge high-intent users across the conversion line-all without relying too heavily on search ads.


The Problem
Despite a clear brand promise and growing demand, Savaari was facing inefficiencies in its digital marketing funnel. Traditional paid ads were expensive and offered diminishing returns. The absence of a remarketing system meant that visitors who didn't convert on the first visit were rarely re-engaged. Ads lacked personalization, and there was no structure around consumer behavior stages. Without contextual targeting and campaign sequencing, Savaari couldn’t make the most of its substantial site traffic or reduce its cost per acquisition.
The Solution
Ayruz developed a stage-based remarketing strategy that aligned with how users moved through the decision-making funnel. We launched tailored campaigns on Google Display Network and Facebook, segmenting audiences by engagement level-awareness, interest, and intent-and designed creative variations for each. Users were shown value propositions, local city-specific offers, and time-sensitive discounts, depending on their interaction history. Dynamic ads were used to match the user’s journey, supported by sharp analytics and A/B tested messaging. This multichannel remarketing engine turned past visitors into high-converting leads and helped bring down acquisition costs substantially.
